Description: |
The European Union offers a number of internships in areas such as politics and development, trade, and food safety and health and consumer affairs. Delegations should be contacted separately for their specific programs. Washington-based internships are intended to provide college and university students and recent graduates with the opportunity to acquire considerable knowledge of the European Union, its institutions, activities, laws, statistics and relations with the US. New York-based internships offer interns the opportunity to follow the activities of the Delegation in UN bodies such as the Security Council, General Assembly and its various committees. There are also a number of internships available throughout Europe. | |
